Try turning your head and burying your your face in your shoulder just at your upper arm it also smothers the sound. hahaha its wednesday and Im commenting on how to sneeze.
sick. I just do those muffled sneezes that are not satisfying at all. BUT when I'm at home by myself I stick my tongue out while I sneeze which entirely defeats the purpose.

when I remember to do this I get snot all over my shirt. hands are a lot easier to wash, IMPO.
that happened to me, too, in front of a student... the snot on the shirt.... I keep practicing :)
