bluebanza weekend

The day started with glorious fresh veggies, herbs and flowers in Waltham (thank you shoutout to SM for the farmshare donation!) then proceeded to Northborough for the fattest blueberries you ever met in your life! These aren't the wild bluebies of Maine (which are fabulous in their own right); these puppies are like small bowling balls- very delicious bowling balls. We went crazy picking them and went home with a small mountain of blue delight. The day also involved a large number of blueberry donuts from the farm kitchen and a visit to see the farm babies.
