back in the swing of things

I'm getting back into running.  Really running, not just once every 2 or 3 months.  I got a neat gps sportwatch and heart rate monitor that show me how hard I was working and how fast (or should I say slow) I was going, and then tells me things like 'Nice Work' at the end of my run.  It's new so I want to use it and fill my online running account with little paths all over Boston.  I'm 5 for 6 this week, and that's just fine.  Today Erin and I were hardcore and biked to the Charles, then ran along the Charles, then biked home.  We want to do a half marathon at the end of October and another mini triathlon sometime, so we are in training.  Plus, my cousin rounded up a Hood to Coast team for next year, and we are on board as well as some of my immediate family members!  Aside from that, I'm up to 16 pushups and the goal is 30.... 
It feels really good to be exercising regularly again, and I can't wait to get tough and fit!  ;)
