I couldn't remember if I usually use an electric handmixer when I make French breakfast puffs. I should have known that anything that combines butter and sugar should be deferred to the mixer without question. However, I decided my arm would be good enough, I mean I got away with just my arm whenever I made cake in Korea. Guess I'm not as strong as I used to be; I ended up with French breakfast rocks today.
